Description

Upholstered all over, the Corvo Chair 01 takes the shape of a small shell: the rounded back sweeps down the sides into curved arms that embrace the sitter and end near the front of the seat. Two vertical seams define the backrest and a continuous seam runs around the seat, for a clean, careful finish.

It stands on four slender tapered legs, slightly splayed, which can be made in wood or metal. In a pale sand-coloured fabric with a velvety touch and legs in an oak tone, it keeps the dining room bright and calm; in another fabric or colour it takes on a different character.

This is a chair for lingering at the table: the enveloping upholstery supports the back and the arms give the elbows somewhere to rest. In the Corvo Dining Room 05 it surrounds the round table on a cone base, in oak, and in the Corvo Dining Room 04 it accompanies the extending rectangular table, ideal for larger family dinners.
