In the Corvo Coffee Table 03, iron does almost all the work. The rectangular frame, in slim dark bars, supports a white marble-effect ceramic top that covers most of the table. Over the remaining part, a series of parallel rods bends from the top down to the floor, forming a grid in which magazines and books stand upright, as in a file.
The contrast between the smooth pale stone and the dark lines of the metal gives it a graphic, architectural look that suits contemporary living rooms with textured rugs and plain fabrics.
This is a table for those who like their reading in view and in order, without piles on the top. Its sister piece is the coffee table with a walnut top and a leather magazine sling, which does the same in a warmer way; and beside the sofa, the round ceramic side table, also in a marble effect, is a natural match.
The stone effect of the top, the colour of the iron and the dimensions are chosen with you, so the table is in the right proportion to your sofa.
