The Cosy Bubble 709 TV Unit is low, long and finished entirely in matt taupe lacquer, a shade between grey and brown that brings calm to a room. At each end there is a plain door and, in the centre, a compartment closed with smoked glass, where a shelf divides the space for books, a record player or objects worth keeping on show.
The base is a dark metal sled: two U-shaped frames at the ends and a support in the middle, which give the unit an industrial touch and let it hover above the floor.
It serves as a TV unit in the living room or as a low sideboard in the dining room, beneath a painting or a mirror. Taupe pairs well with mid-tone woods, linen fabrics and touches of terracotta, and it links nicely with the Cosy Bubble 702 Cabinet, which uses the same lacquer.
