Dune Bed Bench
The Dune Bed Bench is long and low, fully upholstered in a beige fabric with vertical channels running over the top and down the front. At one end, a smoked eucalyptus tray rests on the seat and acts as a little table for a glass of water, a book or your glasses.
It stands on a recessed plinth that lifts it off the floor and makes it look lighter. The texture of the channels, the pale fabric and the dark wood suit bedrooms in natural tones and give the bench the feel of something made with care.
In the Dream Bedroom it stands by the window, near the Dream Bed, in the same beige fabric as the base and the headboard, and it goes well with the Nap Bedside Tables. It can also sit at the foot of the bed, for laying out clothes or putting on your shoes, or in an entrance hall.
It is made to measure for the bed it accompanies: the length, the fabric and the wood of the tray are chosen with you, and the upholstery can be given a waterproofing treatment.
