Gruve Bedside Table
The Gruve Bedside Table combines synthetic leather and lacquer. The two sides and the top are covered in dark brown synthetic leather with light stitching along the edges, and a light lacquered rim runs around the top. Between the sides, a gloss lacquered drawer opens with a leather tab fixed by a metal stud.
Below the drawer the table is left open, with room for a large book or a box. The contrast between the dark leather and the light lacquer, with the stitching on show, gives it a tailored, careful and understated look.
In the Quiet Bedroom there is one on each side of the Quiet Bed, in front of the plain headboard panels where the switch sits. The brown leather of the tables echoes the straps of the Silent Bed Bench by the window.
The synthetic leather can be replaced with a fabric, and the lacquer colour and the size are chosen with you before the table goes into production.
