The Gleam Bed is all about simplicity: a tall, plain headboard upholstered in cream fabric, with a softly rounded top and its side edges wrapped in a cappuccino synthetic-leather band. The base, deep and with rounded corners, is upholstered in the same fabric.

Free of ornament, the headboard works as a soft panel to lean against while reading, and the synthetic-leather band traces its outline when seen from the side. It is a bright bed that lets the woods and fabrics around it shine.

In the Gleam Bedroom, between pale wooden walls and a large window, it has the Square Essential Bedside Table beside it, with the same mix of fabric and synthetic leather, and the walnut Tenue Bed Bench by the window. Underneath, it can be fitted with a slatted base or a lift-up base. To sleep on it, see our mattresses.

The Gleam is made for the double mattress you choose and can be upholstered in another fabric or with another synthetic-leather colour; if you prefer, order the headboard on its own.
