The Vertex Gold VG.30 Cabinet is tall and white, and what sets it apart is a narrow open vertical strip in a walnut tone, rising from the drawer to the top, with two shelves forming three small compartments. On the left, a tall door runs the full height; on the right, two doors sit one above the other; beneath the niche and those doors runs a wide drawer.
Smooth and free of visible handles, the white keeps the piece serene, and the walnut tone of the niche, warm and darkly grained, is the only touch of wood on the front. A fine lip runs around the frame, and dark, recessed panel legs lift the cabinet off the floor.
The narrow niche is ideal for a row of books, a small collection or a trailing plant, while the doors and the drawer hold everything else. In the dining room it serves as a cabinet for crockery; in a hallway, a study or a bedroom it keeps the same tidy look, without ever seeming bulky.
The walnut tone of the niche can be swapped for another wood and the white for another colour, and the width and height are adjusted to the space. It is a cabinet made to order, to your measurements.
