The headboard of the Colline Long Bed reaches well beyond the width of the mattress: it extends to both sides and carries on behind the bedside tables, which stand against it. It is made of upholstered panels in two rows, the upper ones more generously padded, set in a slim wooden frame that runs across the top and down the sides, with rounded upper corners.
In the Colline Long Bedroom, the frame is in a dark wood veneer with a pronounced grain, and the panels and base are upholstered in the same greyish taupe, smooth and finely textured. The base is simple, with softened edges and no visible legs, leaving the headboard to take centre stage. With wood and upholstery in close tones, the room feels warm and calm.
The Colline one-drawer bedside tables, in the same dark veneer, stand one on each side, with an open shelf for books. In the same room, the taupe lacquered dresser lines the adjoining wall and the bed bench in mélange fabric sits by the window. To complete it, choose one of our mattresses.
We design the headboard for the wall you have: shorter if the room is small, or longer still if there is space. The size of the bed follows your mattress, and the upholstery and the wood of the frame are chosen with us, at our shop in Pombal.
