Colline Bookcase
The Colline Bookcase is open, tall and wide, built on a slim, dark frame that leaves the sides free. On each shelf, two curved bronze-tinted glass dividers, staggered from one level to the next, separate books and objects and create a rhythm you can read from across the room. A line of light runs beneath every shelf.
The shelves are in smoked eucalyptus, with a warm grain and a deep brown tone, and the back is made of light ceramic panels with grey veining, which reflect the light and give the piece a modern feel. It can also have a dark wooden back, for a more sober, uniform look.
It is a centrepiece of understated sophistication, to stand against a plain wall in the living room; in the evening, the shelf lighting turns it into a soft lamp. In the Colline Living Room with Bookcase it keeps company with the Colline Sofa with Chaise Longue, in a light fabric, and the Colline Armchair, with the Colline Side Table beside it.
The width, the height and the finishes of the wood, glass and back are adjusted to the wall you have in mind for it. We design the bookcase with you and build it to measure, piece by piece.
