Here the headboard rises high and is upholstered in narrow, well-defined vertical channels, with rounded upper corners. It is mounted in front of a wider lacquered panel, also with rounded corners, which continues to both sides and runs behind the bedside tables. Between the headboard and the panel, concealed lighting traces its outline.
The upholstery is caramel-coloured, with a fine texture, and takes on extra warmth from the light around it. The back panel and the base are lacquered in ivory; the box-shaped base, with softened corners, sits on a recessed plinth that visually lifts it off the floor. It is the contrast between caramel and ivory that gives the bed its character.
In Soho Bedroom 02 the lacquered panel runs behind the Soho bedside tables, in ivory with a gold strip down the middle, bringing everything together against one pale backdrop. The caramel headboard sits in the centre like a lit painting, with a table on each side. To make it ready for sleep, all it needs is a mattress: browse our mattresses.
The width of the panel, the height of the headboard and the size of the bed are all adjusted to your room, because everything is made to measure. The upholstery can come in another colour, and so can the lacquer; just tell us how you imagine the room.
