The Vertex Gold VG.03 Cabinet is a tall, wide white box framing four vertical doors in a walnut tone. The two outer doors run from top to bottom; the two in the middle are shorter and leave space at the top for an open white niche, split down the middle, where books, a bowl or a piece of ceramics can sit.
The doors are plain, with no visible handles, and sit recessed inside the frame, which projects slightly all round and draws a crisp white outline. That contrast is what gives the piece its character: the clean white of the frame and niche sets off the walnut-tone wood, with its long, well-defined grain, warming the front without making it heavy. Slim metal legs lift the cabinet off the floor and make it look lighter.
In the Vertex Gold VG.03 Dining Room it is paired with the Vertex Gold VG.03 Dining Table, whose top is in the same walnut tone. Behind the doors there is room for everyday crockery, table linen and glasses; the niche is kept for whatever you feel like displaying.
The width, the height and the shades of the wood and the frame are adjusted to your wall and your taste. We design this cabinet with you and make it to measure, to order.
