Indi Armchair
The Indi armchair is a compact recliner, designed for living rooms where space is at a premium. The back is tall and straight, marked by a single button, and the thick, padded arms follow the line of the sides. The seat is plain.
The footrest opens from the front and the back reclines, so you can rest with your legs stretched out and your head against the tall back. Closed, it sits on a low, almost hidden base and passes for a simple armchair.
The navy-blue woven fabric, with its fine weave, gives it a sober look, and it suits a reading corner, a spot beside the sofa or a place in front of the television. With its dark colour and compact air, it also suits a bedroom or a home office, where a rest after work is welcome.
It is made to measure in other fabrics and colours, to suit the space and the person using it. It is worth trying in the shop in Pombal, to feel how it opens and how it reclines.
