Winner Armchair
The Winner Armchair has a high, rounded back that curves down into the arms and wraps around the body. The seat is a loose cushion, and everything rests on a black metal base in the shape of a five-pointed star, which lifts the volume off the floor and makes it feel light.
The cream leather is smooth with a soft sheen, and the fine topstitching that follows the seams draws the outline of the back and the arms. From the side, the high curve of the back and the way the arm joins the backrest read as a clean, elegant profile.
By its stature and its material, it is a statement armchair for a corner of the living room, by a window or a bookcase, where the pale leather catches the light. It goes well with sofas in neutral tones, such as the Rio Sofa with Chaise Longue, in cream, and with pieces in dark wood or black metal, which echo the colour of the base.
