Wilson Armchair
The Wilson Armchair has straight lines, a high back and wide arms: an armchair of simple volumes, firm and comfortable, made for sitting down calmly and staying.
The blue-grey tweed has a woven texture you can see and feel. On the outside of each arm runs a strip of walnut, the same as the short, tapered legs, and the contrast between cool tweed and warm wood is the detail that sets it apart. It also comes in a brighter, more cheerful turquoise fabric.
Beside the Dylan Sofa, which repeats the strip of wood on its arms, it forms a natural pair; next to the Chuck Sofa with Chaise Longue, in cream leather, it plays the part of a contrasting piece. In the corner of a living room, it is there for reading or talking.
