The Dune DU.01 Dining Table rests on two supports that could hardly be more different. At one end, a wide pedestal with fluted relief gives it a sculptural presence; at the other, a frame of slender metal rods, fixed to a base that runs close to the floor, almost disappears beneath the top. The top is long, with rounded ends that soften the design.

In the Dune DU.01 and DU.03 Dining Rooms, the top is in dark wood, matching the fluted pedestal; in the Dune DU.02 Dining Room, it is dark marbled with pale veining, above the same pedestal. The metal frame is black, and the interplay of wood, metal and top gives the table a sober, contemporary look.

Because the metal end is so open, there is legroom all around the table, and the base never weighs the room down. In the Dune DU.01 Dining Room, the table goes with the Dune DU.01 Sideboard and the Dune DU.01 Cabinet, which echo the dark fluting; in the Dune DU.02 Dining Room, with the Dune DU.02 2-Door Sideboard.

The length, the top, in wood or marbled, and the tone of the base are decided with us: the table is made to measure, to fit your room with the seats you need.
