Osaka Curved Sofa
The Osaka Curved Sofa draws a large arc: three rounded sections join in a single line, with a continuous, soft back that follows the seat from end to end. The cushions, in shades of brown and taupe, break up the white and give the arc a touch of colour. The feet are short and black.
The soft white bouclé covers the whole sofa and heightens the idea of a sculpted volume. Seen from above, the arc becomes even more evident, and the curve of the back, without a single hard edge, asks for an open space where it can be seen from every side.
It works in the middle of a spacious, bright room, facing a fireplace or a window, with a pale-fibre rug marking out the area. The Osaka Armchair completes the scene on the inside of the arc, as in the Osaka Living Room, and the Osaka Sofa repeats the curve in a more compact three-seater.
